- Registration Payment
- Final Manuscript (correctly formatted)
- Author Information Form
- Copyright Assignment Form
- Audiovisual Equipment Email (if necessary)
- Please ensure that you have also taken care of the following:
- Visa or other required travel documents
- Plane ticket
- Hotel reservation
- Presentation visual aids. If you are using PowerPoint, you should always bring transparencies as a back-up
