Professor Fred Galves is one of the nation's leading academic authorities on litigation technology and the use of computer-generated exhibits in the courtroom. Professor Galves teaches Civil Procedure, Evidence and Computer-Assisted Litigation. He was a teaching fellow at Harvard University, an adjunct professor at Colorado College, and has taught law at U.C. Davis, Fordham University, Denver University and Southwestern University. He is currently a full time professor at University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Before teaching, Professor Galves was a litigation associate at Holland & Hart, handling litigation matters. He earned his J.D. from Harvard University and BA from Colorado College.

Timothy Piganelli is recognized as one of the country's top trial consultants in the areas of trial strategies, trial presentation, courtroom technology, discovery consulting, legal software training and computerized litigation support. He has been consulting to legal professionals and their clients since 1988. Mr. Piganelli's experience helps him advise clients on how to use technology for trial and discovery in litigating cases. He has been taking technology to court since 1993, assisting clients with developing effective presentations for all facets of trial.
Mr. Piganelli began his professional career as a consulting engineer in accident reconstruction in 1988. In 1993 he transitioned to consulting and training in all aspects of litigation support. He founded Legal Technology Consulting in 1995. His case management expertise, ranging from discovery evidence management to trial and jury consulting and trial presentation, demonstrative graphics and courtroom technology make him a one-of-kind expert consultant. Mr. Piganelli is a nationally recognized speaker and author on the topic of computerized litigation, and an adjunct professor of law at McGeorge Law School, Sturm College of Law at Denver University and Southwestern University School of Law.
