Mr. Valeri Pougatchev is PhD candidate from the University of Technology, Jamaica. He is currently a senior lecturer of Computer Science at the School of Computing & Information Technology of the University of Technology. His research interest include development of management control and evaluation systems for educational institutions using web-based technology, enterprise computing and compression information. He is has been serving a number of the International conferences as a Member of Program committees and UNESCO consultant for the Caribbean.
