Hideyuki Sotobayashi received the Dr.Eng. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan, in 1997. He was a Senior Researcher of the National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT) and a Visiting Scientist of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He is currently a Associate Ptofessor of the Aoyama Gakuin University.
