Mohammad Rifaie is Vice President of Enterprise Information Management at RBC Financial Group in Toronto. Mohammad's group focuses on Royal Bank data warehousing environment, business intelligence, data planning and architecture, data administration, metadata management, and data quality.
Mohammad leads a group of 210 employees and several consultants in 6 groups: EIS Business Development projects, EIS Support and Maintenance, EIS Technical Development, Data Architecture and Modeling, EIS Architecture and Strategies, and EIS Database Services.
Mohammad provides guidance and strategic direction for the creation and support of the data warehousing and business intelligence environment consistent with an RBC information architecture for the purpose of ensuring alignment with the business strategy. He has the overall responsibility to drive the development, architecture, delivery and support of the Bank's operational and informational data.
