Biography of the Organizer
Piera Poletti is director of the CEREF research center at the University of Padova (Italy), where she teaches at the School of Medicine. She is also coordinator of the Public Health program in the Erasmus Mundus Master of Bioethics organised by the Universities of Padova, Nijmegen and Leuven, a board member on the European and Italian societies for quality in healthcare, a member of the strategic advisory board of the International Forum on Quality & Safety in Healthcare, and works with the Italian Ministry of Health.
