Qun Jin is a Professor of Networked Information Systems in the Department of Human Informatics and Cognitive Sciences, Faculty of Human Sciences, Waseda University, Japan. He has been engaged extensively in research works on Computer Science, Information Systems, and Social and Human Informatics. His recent research interests include Human Information Behavior, Sustainable Information Environments, Human-Centric u-Services (Universal/Ubiquitous Services), Mobile Human-Computer Interaction, and Computing for Well-Being. He seeks to exploit the rich interdependence between theory and practice in his works with interdisciplinary and integrated approaches. He is a member of ACM and IEEE. See www.f.waseda.jp/jin/

Roman Y. Shtykh is a Research Associate at Media Network Center, Waseda University, and a PhD candidate at the Graduate School of Human Sciences, Waseda University, Japan. He received an M.S. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Aizu, Japan. His research interests include Data Mining, Web Search Personalization, and Mobile Human-Computer Interaction. His PhD thesis is on Web Information Search and Sharing with a Human-Centric Integrated Approach.
