Biography of the Publications Chair
Haiying Julie Zhu received her Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering Department from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada in 1999. She received the Ph. D degree in Systems and Computer Engineering Department from Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada in 2005. She joined the Communications Research Centre, Industry Canada in 1999 as a research engineer. Her research interests are in the 3G/4G mobile communications systems and joint MAC and PHY layer design in OFDM systems.
