Biography of the Conference Chair

Professor Jose Delgado-Frias obtained a PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University. He is currently a professor in the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Washington State University. His research interests include Computer Architecture, Networks and VLSI Design. Prof. Delgado-Frias holds an Endowed Chair in Computer Engineering.
