Dr. Nasser Ghariban
Virginia State University, USA

Abstract

fiogf49gjkf0d
I would like to invite you to our special session with a theme of thermal management of the electronics and electrical systems. As electronics devices continue to increase functionality and decrease size at the same time, thermal management becomes necessary in the design of an electronic device. Discussions on the latest research and development in this field and emerging technologies will advance the design of next generation devices. The conference call for papers is open now. All topics on thermal control and heat transfer in electronics devices will be considered including:
• Advanced computational methods in thermal management
• Thermal management of Integrated Circuits packaging
• Thermal management for electric car batteries
• Thermal control of electronically commutated motors
• Control technologies in power transmission
