EuroIMSA 2006
is being held at Congress Innsbruck. This world-famous center
was voted Congress Center of the Year by the AIPC (Association
Internationale des Palais des Congrès) in 2001. With
fourteen halls totaling 20,000 square metres of floor space,
Congress Innsbruck hosts 350 to 400 events per year accommodating
a total of about 400,000 visitors.
This world-famous
conference center is located in the heart of the city, near
the historical quarter. February is a high tourist season
in Innsbruck, partially due to the excellent local ski facilities,
and we therefore encourage you to make your travel arrangements
as soon as possible. The Congress Innsbruck will be handling
all hotel reservations for IASTED participants at a variety
of hotels in Innsbruck.
