TELEHEALTH

~TELEHEALTH 2006~

July 3-5, 2006
Banff, Alberta, Canada

VISA INFORMATION

All accepted authors will receive an official invitation letter in the mail. If the mailing address and name of the author attending the conference are different than those submitted with your initial paper, please send and email to calgary@iasted.org with the correct and complete contact information and the paper number.

Visa regulations can be complex and they often change. Therefore, IASTED recommends that all delegates verify visa requirements with the Canadian Embassy in their own country as soon as possible. IASTED presents delegates with the following information as a starting point, not as a comprehensive guide.

A Temporary Resident Visa (Entry Visa) is required for delegates of certain countries to enter into Canada. The application process may take between one day and several months. Because eligibility and procedural requirements can change, IASTED recommends that you consult with the Canadian Consulate in your own country as soon as possible (see section below for contact information).

The following website provides a list of countries whose citizens require a visa to enter Canada. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/visas.html

Detailed visa information, including visa requirements and application forms, are located on the website for Citizenship and Immigration Canada at: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/index.html.

The contact information and websites of the Canadian Visa Office nearest to you can be found at the following web address: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/offices/index.html.

***Please also ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months longer than your intended period of stay in Canada.***
